Netflix Announces Two-Part Release for Highly Anticipated Season
First Four Episodes to Premiere on May 16th, Second Half on June 13th
Bridgerton fans rejoice! Netflix has officially announced the release date and episode titles for Season 3 of the popular period drama series. The first half of the season will consist of four episodes and will premiere on Thursday, May 16th. The remaining four episodes will be released as the second half on Thursday, June 13th.
The third season of Bridgerton will focus on the love story of Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton). Penelope, who has always been secretly in love with Colin, finally reveals her feelings in the upcoming season. Colin, however, is initially hesitant to reciprocate Penelope's affections due to her lower social status.
In addition to the release date and episode titles, Netflix also released the first official photos and a video of Penelope and Colin as a couple. The photos and video show the couple sharing intimate moments, hinting that their relationship will be a major focus of the third season.
